which disadvantages would I expect when using the BAL-NRF02D3 with the nRF51822 QFN?

    If using BAL-NRF02D3 with nRF51822 QFN, you can expect bad range and problems with qualifying your design for the various teleregulatory standards due to spurious emission outside the band.
