How can i make a connection from mobile phone to nrf52840DK?

I will appreciate if someone help me to understand it.

On Android or IOS you can download "nRF Connect" or the "nRF Toolbox" in order to connect to a device running e.g. the BLE UART example code.

Thank you for answering. These are some exampled which are prepared before. Because i am new on this topic i have another question also:

If i have my own app(according to my project) and also my own peoject, so how can i make this connection?
