Try updating your software:

nrfjprog.exe -v
nrfjprog version: 9.7.3
JLinkARM.dll version: 6.32h

It is also a good idea to check connections and target power.

Hi, the log indicates a problem with the debugger connection. There is number of reasons for why this can happen. Please confirm the target voltage as Turbo J suggested. Some programmer will only support 3V targets.
