Does the nRF51822-mKIT come with SDK access?

I'm just trying to determine if I get full SDK access with the nRF51822-mKIT; or if that requires nRF51822-EK/DK? The current posts on the boards seem to be conflicting in this regard:

devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ (blog post by Nordic Employee Håkon Alseth) seems to imply that you can use the nrf51-dsk with the mbed kit.

On the other hand the responses to devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ and devzone.nordicsemi.com/.../ seem to imply that you cannot access the SDK with the purchase of the mKIT (making the blog post about using the mKIT with the SDK rather pointless).

Just trying to get a clear picture of if I get full SDK access with the mKIT or not.

As the blog post from Håkon says, contact Nordic tech support if the product key isn't printed on the mBed kit that you have and you will get access to the normal nRF51 SDK.
