Hello, how do I determine country of origin for parts I have purchased?

Not sure how to determine country of origin on parts labels for nRF51822-QFAC-R parts that I have in stock?

The nRF51822 is produced at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company(TSMC) in Taiwan and then packaged in either Taiwan or the Philippines. This is not stated on the package marking, see below: 

Why do you need to know the country of origin?
