Nrf52840 dongle power consumption testing

Hi,

How do you recommend to analyze nrf52840 dongle power consumption?

What I have is:

• Nrf52840 dongle
• Nrf52DK
• Nrf6707 profiler kit

How can these be used together to test power consumption using the dongle 5V USB connector?

Ok, I found the answer. The Dongle works even when powered with 3V from Nrf6707.

On the nrf6707, it is sufficient to set DTU switch to "external", and the Power switch to "DK".

Then the DTU connector must be connected to the Dongle: positive to Dongle VBUS pin, negative to Dongle VGND pin with an alligator clip.
