Merge Hex utility not working

We are using the Development boards nRF52-DK from Nordic and trying to utilize the mergehex.exe downloaded from Nordic website.

using Segger Embedded Studio (non commercial version).

It is required to merge the hex files created for application program, bootloader and Softdevice .hex file into a single .hex file to download to nRF52832 SOC.

But we are not getting any mergehex.exe from different sources of Nordic, which works

Can you please help me.

How about an ancutal, detailed error description instead of "not working"? It might even be helpful in answering the question.

Mergehex works for me here on NRF52x.

Note that you don't always need to merge .hex files when using e.g. nrfjprog.exe to program the chip.

If I click on  mergehex.exe a display menu appears for a short time and vanishes immediately, before I can make out what is going on.

Same thing for nrfjprog.exe

Those are command line tools. You may want to read what command line is and how "cmd.exe"  works.

I can now use cmd.exe and able to reach mergehex program to be executed properly
