TWIS minimum SCL frequency

Hi What is the minimum clock frequency that the TWIS module will work with? Obviously the I2C spec minimum is about 100kHz however the device I am communicating with is using a clock of 30kHz. There is no way to speed up this device. 

I have tried but it doesnt seem to be working. Ie I am getting no events back from the TWIS nrfx module and the nrf52832 is not acking the line.

The TWIS peripheral have a minimum bit rate (f_TWIS) of 100 kbps.

Has any testing been done at lower than 100 kHz?  Should the TWIS peripheral be expected to work properly at 50 kHz or 25 kHz?

No, only the frequencies range listed in the electrical specifications for the TWIS peripheral in the PS have been tested and are supported. If you decide to test/use other frequencies, this will be at your own risk.
