Copying binary data to nrf52840 on PCA10056 dev board

Can anyone tell me how to copy binary data to an arbitrary address on a PCA10056 dev board?  My project is based on the BLE keyboard example but it also streams audio to another device via I2S.  I need to copy the binary audio data to the nrf52840, but J-Flash tells me I don't have a license.  Is there another way to do it?

You need to use Programming nRF5x SoCs with nrfjprog. See --memrw under nrfjprog commands. 

Alternatively you can use the python wrappers nRF5x pynrfjprog.
