Connect nRF52 dongle with board without nRF Connect

Hi everyone!

I have BMD-300 Series Evaluation kit featuring the nRF52832 and dongle(nrf52840).

I want to use ‘ComPortMaster’ program to process the received data via BLE(board->dongle).

But it can not access to program while dongle is opened on nRF connect program.

I confirmed that comport of dongle can not be opened while using nRF connect program.

And I also don`t know that connect the dongle with board without using nRF connect program.

So..... my questions are here:

1) Is there any tools to use ‘ComportMaster’ while using nRF Connect?

or...

2) Can I connect the dongle with board without nRF Connect?

I looked around "pc-ble-driver". but I can`t understand how it can be connected without nRF connect.

What I understand is that after following the direction, Comport of nRF5 board is maded on the device manager.

then... Can I  flash the hex file the dongle? and Can I get Comport of dongle on the device manager?
