If you want to use whitelist, I suggest you have a look at the HID Keyboard example from the SDK.

No, I don't wan't to use whitelist. I want to know before connect is there is that peripherial device already bonded? Or is it possible to know via whitelist? But attention! check it before make connect. Is it possible?

Like it is mentioned in the post I referred to, by providing a whitelist to the softdevice, the radio will filter out advertising packets for you automatically. Which means you only will get advertisement packets from devices that you have a already bonded with. So yes, you will know if device is already bonded before connecting. pm_white_set() will set or clear the whitelist and pm_whitelist_get() is for retrieving the previously set whitelist.
