how we send data from mobile to Nordic device, and Nordic device to Computer(wire Lesley not by the uart) over the Bluetooth

Dear Team,

I hope you are doing good......

i am using nrf51822 Device, the SDK version is 12.3.0 in the windows pc with keil version 5.26.

Here i am planning to send the data from mobile phone (nRF toolbox app) to the Nordic device, from Nordic device  to Computer (wireless Not by UART ) over the Bluetooth. how can we implement please suggest me  i am kindly waiting for suggestions. any sample steps

         Over the Bluetooth

 Mobile Blu-tooth------------> Nordic Device ------------> Computer(PC).  wires Lesley not by the uart, Data should go from mobile APP to Nordic device and Nordic to computer over the Bluetooth only.
