How to “Blow JTAG Fuse” for Nordic nRF52832 with SEGGER ARM Flasher?
Where in the documentation did you find the concept of a 'JTAG Fuse'? The only chips I've come across that on are STM, not Nordic. The manual says there is one level of app protection and it's reversible (which does also erase the flash).
