52840 PDK cannot provision 52840 dongle.

Hello. I have a modified light_switch example running on PCA10056 boards (52840 PDK). One board is a client also acting as a provisioner, and another one is server. Provisioner successfully provisions the server. I compiled the same software for PCA10059 board (52840 dongle). Server runs on the dongle but PCA10056 cannot provision it. The process fails when provisioner tries to send CompositionDataGet message. What could be the problem? Same chipset, same softdevice S140 v5.0.0.3-alpha, same software. Thank you.

Could you let me know which Mesh SDK version you are using ? 

Have you tried to test using 2 nRF52840 DKs instead of using 1 nRF52840DK and 1 nRF52840 Dongle  ? 

How did you flash the dongle ? 

Have you tried to test using our stock example instead of the combined provisioner+light switch ?

I use Mesh SDK v1.0.0.

Yes. 2 DK boards run successfully.

I flashed the dongle using the nRF Connect on Mac OS.

No, I have not tried other examples.

Hi, the Mesh SDK v1.0.0 is very old and should not be used for new development. It's not Bluetooth qualified also.

Please try the Mesh SDK v2.2.0 instead.
