Streaming Audio support?

I need to understand if Nrf 52840 support streaming Audio and how much quality and distance?

At the moment, there is no specification for Bluetooth 5 Audio at the moment. However, it should definitely be possible to stream audio via the 52840. Have you taken a look at the Nordic Thingy:52? You can easily stream audio from the Thingy->Smartphone or from the smartphone to the Thingy:52. I have tried this with an iPhone 8, which supports Bluetooth 5 & it works fine.

I would recommend to buy a Nordic Thingy:52 & then downloading the Thingy SDK to see how the audio streaming is implemented. Then, you could do something similar on your 52840 HW.

Also, it may be useful to take a look at the Smart Remote 3 FW, which also has some audio streaming capabilities.
