nrf52840 dk + twi_scanner_pca10056

Hi I`m new to nrf so pls forgive me if this been asked before.
1. nrf52840 dk. Flash twi_scanner_pca10056 via nrfgo, verify ok.

2. At the moment I have no I2C devices connected to the dk.

3. Listening on the COM"" port but nothing goes through serial what am I missing? It should print something to the serial even if no devices are connected, no?

 nRFgo Studio is deprecated, please use nRF Connect Programmer app instead.

 Yes, it should print "TWI scanner started" and " No device was found". It could be that you are using the wrong COM port? Try to use Termite terminal.
