Faulty functioning when using external supply pins

Hi,

The NRF52DK we use is interfaced to a capacitive touch keypad and an RGB LED. The board works fine when supplied by the USB but when we try supplying through the external supply pins, the DK performs erratically. On a few occasions when it worked fine, the current was measured to be maximum of 78mA at 3.3V. Do we need to change any settings when using the external supply pins?

Hi Jared,

The problem has been tentatively solved by adding a large valued capacitor at the supply input. Will get back to you in case any more problem arises.
