my device is not found over ble

hi...

What are the things I can check if I can't find my nRF51 upon scanning for BT devices? I am using nrf52832   and can successfully program the device via a Segger J-Link I programmed the BLE Peripheral Uart device (with S130), but I don't see any advertisement when I look for the device...via phone(ble_uart app)

actually i merged the two programs uart and twi sensor ...added the respective files and all

while debugging it is entering into main 

but not advertising ...

pls help me over this
