nRF51 SDK setup problem

Hi, I met this prompt(see attachements) when I install nRF51 SDK. Who can tell me what's mistake it likes? I have installed microsoft .NET framework 3.5 before in my winXP PC.

Can you please try to run the installer with logging enabled, and upload the log file in your question? Logging is enabled by running the installer from the command-line with the /log parameter.
