Is there any relation between gpregret register and dfu ?

Hi,

I am using the gpregret register to select the device mode on startup and it is working as expected.

But it is not working after adding dfu functionality. does the GPREGRET register address varies based on dfu?

The dfu functionality is working but the GPREGRET register value is not what i had set before the reset. so my device stays in the default mode.

There is no power removal, just a software reset.

i am using nrf52832 board with programming tool armgcc on ubuntu.

Fyi,

Now it is fixed,  the dfu code was rewriting the bit i was setting in GPREGRET register. Now i am using  GPREGRET2 register for the same.
