product of nRF52810

We use the chip product of nRF52810 to do a wireless module design. While in sleep mode, we found some spikes, which are 0.6mV in amplitude and 180ms in period. It is not consistant with the data sheet. I would appreciate if you could give us some suggestions.

can you please let us know what peripherals were enabled during sleep and also a snapshot of how spikes look like?

We configurate the GPIO and LFCLK. Have a look the snapshot include the configuration in main.c. Anyway, the same code download in the nRF52810-48pin will not appear the spikes. The spikes only appear in the nRF52810-32pin.

Since the 32 and 48 pin versions of the chip have to be soldered on different PCBs (and running the same code) I would guess that the spikes come from something external on the board. Please look into the PCB design first to see if there are any irregularities.

The DC-DC pin of 52810 (48 pin) connect the inductance will cause the spikes? We still have the spikes problems not to solve it.

DCDC is not used in sleep mode, so i do that DC-DC pin is the problem here.
