What is the duration of LFRC calibration?

Hello, Excuse me! I used the LFRC,the calibration interval of which is 8s, in my application on NRF52832. In order to measure the power consumption,I want to know the duartion each of the calibration.  However,it is hard to measure with our current insrument.           SDK12.2    S132_NRF52_3.0.0.
