Using NRF52840 GPIO as a power source following Errata 202

Hi,

Errata 202 limits the use of vdd as a power source to external components and I, therefore, would like to use a GPIO instead.

My question: is there a need to use a capacitor (as recommended for the vdd)?

It's good practice to always use a 100 nF cap.
