Built-in LED1-LED4 not working on older PCA10056 board?

I have 2 PCA10056 preview development boards.

The newer one (0.11.0 2018.3) works as expected.

The older board (v0.9.0 2016.48) the built-in LED1 thru LED4 do not light up.

Is this just HW failure, or is there something I can correct?

Hi

I assume that you are using the same firmware for both? Are any errors thrown during debugging? If not, then yes it might indicate a HW failure with your device

Yes same firmware. OK, I will assume the HW has gone bad. Thanks.

You can verify that the leds are not working by measuring the pins that they are mapped to. The pin mapping is specified on the back of the board.
