I have problems using the Power Profiler Kit from nRFConnect v.2.6.1 with a nRF52832 DK on Ubuntu Linux 18.04 (KDE Neon). It is unreliable in opening the serial port, but the main problem is that after a short while the screen of the application turns white and nothing more happens. Sometimes I can Start and see some measurement data before it turns white, sometimes it turns white even before I can press the Start button... I tried it already on a PC and on a Laptop, both with the same SW Versions.
Screenshot (of the white screen) is attached
One more, same symptoms. nRF Connect 2.6.1, Ubuntu 18.04.1LTS
I will check.
They have identified the issue, however there is no new release planned at the moment, so this might take a while. I guess it will depend on the impact for you whether a fix-release is necessary sooner rather than later.

So what does this mean? What can we do? The impact for me is that I bought a PPK and can't use it at all...
Thanks for the feedback on consequences, I will forward internally and update you as soon as I know more.
Edit: There will be a fix as soon as possible. Unfortunately I estimate a few weeks due to the testing involved.
A fix release of nRF Connect for Desktop is available! It includes a fix for the PPK White Screen issue.
I confirm that this fixes the issue for me. Thank you!
