flasher for nrf24le

Hi, 

        I am looking for a flasher that can be used for nrf24le which can be used in serial production. I found segger Flasher portable plus for nrf51, This device can work without the need of computer even. So, Is there any device which I can use for nrf24le?if yes let me know.
