Add PDF downloads of SoftDevice API specifications

It would be very nice if the SoftDevice API Documentation at https://www.nordicsemi.com/DocLib included PDF downloads for each SD version as well as the current online HTML links.

I would find a PDF version easy to browse and read, and to use offline as necessary. I hope you have plans for PDF versions. Thanks.
