need help, error while programming the SD

Hi,

i programmed the softdevice with nrfgoStudio but i get an error and i can't load the softdevice on the chip again. The Error means that the cpu is not halted and that j-link can't read the registers when cpu is running.

I hope you can help me i don't know what to do with this error.

And the blinky example i also can debug, its crazy i realy need some help pls
