How to choose my Nordic Bluetooth Chip for my project

Hi everyone !!

I used to work with a RedBearLab module to prototype my bluetooth application, but since I have to plan the final version, I don't know which chip to choose. What are the advantage/differences between NRF8001-2, NRF51xx chips? Considering I'm using it as a relay to drive my arduino processor ?

Secondly, I was wondering if it is possible to add some code to drive Leds and sub-routines directly from a NRFxxx chip instead of using a second microcontroler??
