NRF UART APP GETTING DISCONNECTED

Hello,i am using nrfsdk with softdevice 6.0.0 in my application and by using it i am trying to connect my mobile uart application with my BLE .but i am facing some issues like it is getting connected and data is sending successfully and sometimes it is getting disconnected without data sending .I am not able to understand why it is happening like that.so,could you please let me know  about this issue.

Disconnection can be the result of many reasons, I therefore need more information to determine the reason behind it:

• Which application are you using on your mobile phone? nRF Toolbox?
• What error code is thrown when it's disconnected?
• Are you using a standard application from the SDK?
