example code for host mcu update serial DFU (host mcu+52832)

Hi,

Just to be clear, you are looking for reference DFU controller firmware for the Host MCU, in order to upgrade the firmware on the nRF52832。

I also need this feature here. I got a copy of your python code, which is more complicated. The most critical send function inside, there are other functions nested inside. Now I can only develop it myself. I believe this difficulty is very big. What do you think? If it is too difficult, I suggest to my manager, I believe he will cancel this feature.

Unfortunately we do not have any C implementation of the DFU controller. I have created an internal feature request, but you should not expect Nordic to deliver this any time soon. The only thing we have is the DFU protocol documentation, as implementation for python (nrfutil), JavaScript, iOS and Android. You can find all the DFU controller implementations on GitHub.

Ask how long you can publish examples of the C language. How many months is it?

There are no concrete plans for implementing a DFU controller in C at this point, so I cannot say anything about a timeline. If you need it for your product, you unfortunately have to implement it yourself. You can also contact your regional Nordic sales representative regarding this, as they have better overview of timelines and possible future products.
