In my project i have a requirement just like ble_app_uart project. So i thought to use the same But can i use the same UUID

Hi

Yes you can use the same UUID, no problem. In fact, that might be a benefit, because then you can use the available Android and IOS UART apps unmodified to connect with your Service. If you choose another UUID, then you would need to modify the Android and IOS apps in order to enable serivice with the specific UUID.

Update 22.10.2014 You can use the UUID for commercial use, no problem
