You can use nRF Connect for Desktop to connect your device to the PC. If this does not suit your needs, you need to provide more details on what you want to achieve.

nRF Connect for Desktop to connect my device to the PC show error when I use "Bluetooth Low Energy" to connect to my device. "ERROR Unsupported device with serial number '7&3ae7218a&0&3' and traits ["serialport"]".7&3ae7218a&0&3 is COM3.
