  • Just a note on this, Altium can export OrCAD, so if you need a copy in an OrCAD format, you can open the files in Altium Designer and export them to OrCAD. Also, Eagle can parse Altium ascii files. So if you have Eagle, you can import them using a script. If you specify what EDA tool format you want, I can probably help you in translating (I worked for Altium for many years and know the EDA tools pretty well).
