Is the software to use nrfstudio?

You can take a look at  the datasheet, appendix C. If you need a modulated carrier, it's not possible to have a constant carrier. Instead, you need to send packets as fast as you can with random data.

You need to write FW for you MCU, nRF studio can not connect to the nRF24L01+.
