Hi,

How to stop freeRTOS xtask using timer and recreate again when needed? I'm currently want to control the blink interval, for example I want to have the led blink for about 5 sec and would like to stop it and restart when its needed again?

You have app_timer_freertos.c file where you can use part of app_timer API to do this.

Or you can do this purely using FreeRTOS API
