Does nRF51822 support HCI command protocol through either SPI/I2C/UART?

We will adopt nRF51822 for our project, and we want to confirm with you for the question as below:

1. Does nRF51822 support HCI command protocol through either SPI/I2C/UART?
2. If it support, I also want to know how to achieve this ?

Hi

I guess you are asking if we support serialization of the nRF51822 so that you can issue BLE commands and transmit BLE data to/from an external MCU. The answer is yes, and there is documentation for this at least here and here.
