Pin Code option before provisionning with the proxy mode ??

Is it possible to have the option of pin code before performing provisionning or if not  after ??

Yes, that should be possible.

You can take a look at our nRF Mesh application for mobile, and the Thingy - Provisioning demo. Before provisioning the LED on the Thingy will blink a random number of times, and you will have to enter that number in the app before the provisioning will start.
This is demonstrated in this blog-post:

You should be able to use that example as a starting point for implementing a pin code before provisioning.
