Schematic query on nRF51822QFAA-R7.

Hi,

I am using nRF51822QFAA-R7 controller(DC DC setup) in my design.

I am generating +3.3V from rechargeable battery and providing +3.3V as a supply to drive these controller.  

I have query related to supply pins.

1.Pin 1 and pin 12 are VDD pins, they are given +3.3V . Hope that is fine.

2. Pin 2(DCC) , Pin 35 and 36 (AVDD). Do i need to provide any external supply for these pins or they are just internally short. Please share your concern.
