fatal error

hi...........

i am using nrf52832  and a peripheral device . i have merged two programs uart and twi sensor . i am getting the data everything is fine , but after the few minutes ,i am getting  NRF_BREAKPOINT_COND;

start \ run \ reading for few minutes \ sending \ getting NRF_BREAKPOINT_COND;

why i am getting this error ?
