How to know if nRF52832 is correctly power on?

How can I be 100% sure the nRF52832 chip is running properly?, what I do to power up the chip is feed it with a regulated voltage of 3.3V (which really is around 3.17V), on every VDD pin the documentation pointed me, and connect the negative pole of my PCB to every VSS pin that the documentation pointed me, so, is there a way to know if the chip is really operative?, something like measuring some kind of regulator or signal that confirms the nRF52832 is working?

If there is no code on the nRF52832, there isn't much you can do with the chip. I would suggest to connect the debugger/programmer (you can use a nRF5 DK) to the SWD interface and try to read and write to the nRF52832.
