I can program and debug using Segger Embedded Studio v4.12 on my mac without a problem.  When I try to use the command line to program and erase a nrf52840, I receive the following message in the terminal: "JLinkARM dll load failed".  I've tried reinstalling Segger JLink 6.40 many times without any luck.  I have also installed the latest nordic command line tools (9.8.0). Please help. I am using MAC OS Mojave 10.14.2.

If I use nrfjprog with "--jdll /Applications/SEGGER/JLink/libjlinkarm.dylib" I am able to execute commands.  What is the default path for the JLinkARM dll?  Is there a way to change the default path so that I can point it to /Applications/SEGGER/JLink/libjlinkarm.dylib?  If not, then I should be able to use nrfjprog commands without the --jdll argument if I can match the path of the DLL to that of the expected path.

The default paths are the ones given in source code of pynrfjprog. It is not possible to change the default paths, you will have to use -jdll argument.

Then do you know why my Mac isn't seeing the libjlinkarm.dylib at the default path?

Can you provide a screenshot/list of the content in the /Applications/SEGGER/JLink/ directory?
