Receive data from smartphone with Bluetooth communication

I am using nRF 5 SDK v 14.2.0.
I would like to receive data from smartphones via Bluetooth communication,
How do I program?
I would like to have a professor.

Could you please be a bit more specific? Do you want to use Android or iOS (or both)? Do you have an nrf52 dev kit or similar? Have you taken a look at any of the SDK documentation we provide? I would recommend starting with the ble blinky example. Also, we have multiple blog posts that may be helpful for getting started with Nordic & BLE.

I am looking to send and receive 6 round of data (around 6k bytes) between the phone and the NRF5340. What is the best approach/example to start with? Is it possible to do this through NFC or Bluetooth is the way to go?

PS. It seems ble-blinky is not in SDK connect for NRF5340.
