Not sure what you mean by this.

If you are asking if you can have 5 nodes in each group inside a single Mesh network, then yes that is possible.

I suggest that you take a look at the light switch examples in our SDK.
If you provision light switch nodes to your network, you can have the "light switches" publish to different group addresses and the "lights" to subscribe to different group addresses.

Take a look at this blog-post. The video in the blog-post is showing how to acheive the above.
