I do not know how to control pairing, please tell me.
1) "SLAVE_LATENCY" is the pairing's effective time setting?
2) Please tell me how to enable / disable pairing.

Windows 7 does not support bluetooth low energy. You need to upgrade to windows 10.

The development environment is Windows 7, BLE communication uses "EBSHSN Series Evaluation Board (Soft Ver: nRF5_SDK_15.2.0 _ 9412 b 96)" on both the peripheral side and the central side.

Hi,

You can find flow charts for the ble security procedures here. I would recommend you start with one of the examples that already support bonding, i.e. HID keyboard example or similar. We use the Peer manager in our examples to handle the bonding procedures, documentation here.

That is part of the time setting. Ususally you would start a connection without any slave latency, then update the connection parameters after completing pairing and service discovery.
