nRFGo Studio does not recognize nRF52840 DK

Installed nRF5_SDK_15.2.0_9412b96 and nRFGo Studio.  nRFGo Studio fails to recognize the nRF52840 DK board.  Screen like this:

It sees and correctly identifies the Segger chip.  Neither "Recover" button nor "Enable reset pin" buttons have any effect.

Using IAR, I can load and debug the blinky example code, so I know that the link hardware and PCB are good.

I think I saw in some other posts that nRFGo Studio is basically deprecated and you should use nRF Connect for Desktop instead.  I had all kinds of issues (crashing etc.) with nRFGo and made the switch to Connect.  Connect seems to do everything I've needed so far.

Boy, I kinda hope you're wrong, because I'm basing my actions on the online documentation.  Concerning that it might be that out of date.

Anyway, thanks a lot.  I will look for nRF Connect and get it.
