No response received , Can some one help me

Hi ,

  I see always No response received on the master control panel for one of my nrf51 dongle pca10031  , Can you please help me how to trouble shoot this isssue .

Where, exactly, do you see that?

What are you doing when that happens?

What have you done prior to that happening?

In the Master control panel in the output section it shows up as No response received

I keep trying switching across various USB ports available in my machine and check the status on Master control panel , whether it shows up as Server started

i just took the dongle and plugged it and it shows as no reponse received 

The same dongle works well on a different machine , not sure what is happening , Can you help me to troubleshoot
