s130 send/receive in one softdevice

Hi,

I need the softdevice to be able to receive and send data on it's own without necessarily connecting to iPhone or anything. So:

device1 (nrf51822 receive and send data to all other nodes in the area) device2 same thing and on and on..

So each of the nodes has both the peripheral and center roles, so that they can both send and receive.

Is it possible to have them act as standalone devices, I've read that the s130 should be able to do that, when is the release planned? Is the alpha already in a good state? I've seen in answers to get in touch with sales. Couldn't find an address, can you put me in touch with sales?

    This has been asked before, for example here, but I guess it's a little difficult to see the answer.. But you are correct, the s130 allows the device to be both a central and peripheral device. Only an alpha version is available right now, but I've used it quite a lot, and it works great! If you have a product key for an nrf51822 or nrf51422 device, you can log in on nordicsemi.com and download the s130 there (it's listed under "My Page" -> "My Keys" -> "Protected Downloads")
