0.1 mm PCB connector lines

Hi,

We have BGA components in our board and we need to use 0.1 mm width PCB lines (using your reference designs).

Is that ok?

It's fine for logic interconnects between the nordic chip (you ought to mention which one you're using) and the BGA, however you should keep the track widths of anything else, especially the radio-related parts, as close to the reference design as possible.
