nRF52840 is not connecting why?

I have a custom board where both nRF52840 and nRF52832 SOC in it.

i have flashed example Ble_Uart code from sdk15 in nRF52840 but im facing a serious issue.

i can able to detect the device but could not able to connect with it.sometimes it is getting connected but disconnecting in few seconds.

We need a sniffer trace of the nRF52840 BLE communication when it connects and disconnects.
